Medication Management

When appropriate, medication can be an important tool in treating mental health conditions. I provide thoughtful medication management by reviewing your symptoms, history and goals, then tailoring treatments to your needs. Ongoing follow-up visits are required to track progress, adjust doses and monitor for side effects so your treatment remains safe, effective and supportive to your overall well-being.

Talk Therapy

Each visit will incorporate elements of talk therapy helping you identify unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping skills and practical changes to improve daily life. In addition, when appropriate, the therapy can be helpful for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and building healthy coping skills with focus on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and improving communication strategies– practical tools you can use in everyday life to feel most balanced and supported
